The Calm Download Monthly Email
Since October 2019, I’ve been sending emails (called The Calm Download) to mamas who need inspiration and encouragement to get them through stressful mom moments. You can think of these emails as short pep talks that feel like I’m right there with you in your living room. Inspiration for the topics comes from my own life, so expect to read real stories of struggle and how I navigated my way around them.
“Very good. [Your emails are] definately relateable.”
– Holly, subscriber and mom of 4
“Thank you. I always love getting your emails.”
– Amber, subscriber and mom of 4
